VISUAL CODE RETAIL SRL is the owner of DALB as a registered trademark used for commercial purposes. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to VISUAL CODE RETAIL. VISUAL CODE RETAIL SRL offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

VISUAL CODE RETAIL SRL este proprietarul marcii comerciale DALB. In tot cuprinsul site-ului, termenii de “noi” si “al nostru” fac referire la VISUAL CODE RETAIL. VISUAL CODE RETAIL SRL ofera utilizatorilor acces la acest site (www.dalb-concept.com), inclusiv la toate informatiile, uneltele si serviciile disponibile prin intermediul site-ului, cu conditia aceptarii tututor termenilor, conditiilor si politicilor de utilizare a acestuia.

Preturile produselor noastre pot fi modificate fara o notificare prealabila.
Ne rezervam dreptul de a modifica, suspenda sau intrerupe furnizarea Serviciilor (sau a unei parti a acestora) in orice moment, fara notificare prealabila.
PARTEA 5 - PRODUSE SI SERVICII
Anumite produse si servicii pot fi disponibile exclusiv online prin intermediul acestui site. Aceste produse si servicii pot fi in cantitati limitate si pot fi returnate sau schimbate numai in conformitate cu Politica de livrare si Retur.
Depunem toate eforturile posibile pentru a afişa corect caracteristicile produselor noastre, inclusiv compoziţia şi culorile. Culoarea pe care o vedeţi va depinde de display-ul ecranului pe care il folositi, iar noi nu putem garanta faptul că PC-ul dumneavoastră va afişa corect aceste culori.
Ne rezervam dreptul de a limita vanzarea produselor si serviciilor noastre catre anumite persoane, regiuni geografice sau jurisdictii. Ne putem exercita acest drept de la caz la caz. Ne rezervam dreptul de a limita cantitatea produselor si serviciilor oferite. Toate descrierile si preturile produselor pot fi schimbate oricand, fara notificare prealabila. Ne rezervam dreptul de a inceta furnizarea unui produs in orice moment.
Nu putem garanta faptul ca produsele, serviciile, informatiile sau orice alt fel de material achizitionat sau obtinut prin utilizarea acestui site se va ridica la inaltimea asteptarilor utilizatorului, sau ca vom putea corecta toate erorile aparute in furnizarea serviciilor.
PARTEA 6 - CORECTITUDINEA INFORMATIILOR PENTRU FACTURARE SI CREARE DE CONT
Ne rezervam dreptul de a refuza orice comanda. De asemenea, ne rezervam dreptul de a limita sau anula unilateral cantitatile achizitionate pentru o anumita comanda /gospodarie /persoana. Aceste restrictii se pot aplica comenzilor plasate in cadrul aceluiasi cont de client, care folosesc acelasi card de credit si/sau aceeasi adresa de livrare/facturare. In eventualitatea in care efectuam o schimbare sau anulam o comanda, putem incerca sa contactam clientul respectiv folosind emailul si/sau adresa de facturare / numarul de telefon furnizat in momentul plasarii comenzii. Ne rezervam dreptul de a limita sau interzice comenzi pe care le consideram plasate de intermediari, reselleri sau distribuitori.
Orice utilizator al acestui site care plaseaza o comanda va funiza informatii corecte si complete in momentul crearii contului de utilizator si funizarii datelor de factuare/livrare. De asemenea, este obligat sa-si actualizeze aceste informatii de fiecare data cand este cazul, inclusiv emailul si informatiile de plata, in asa fel incat comanda sa poata fi finalizata.
