We process and send orders during our main service hours (Monday-Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EET). Please bear in mind that orders which are placed Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday.

We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum and make sure that your desired item is suitable to your size.

Most of our orders are shipped 1-3 days from purchase pending availability and payment confirmation (for online payments). Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 1-2 business days (for Romania) and 2-7 business days (for other countries) of its ship date.

DALB is not responsible for packages once they have been scanned and delivered to the courier company.

Comenzile online sunt procesate in timpul programului normal de lucru: Luni-Vineri 10:00 – 18:00 EET. Va rugam sa aveti in vedere ca toate comenzile plasate sambata si duminica vor fi procesate luni.

Vom face tot posibilul ca toate produsele comandate online sa fie livrate cu intarzieri minime si sa fie cat mai potrivite masurilor dumneavoastra.

Majoritatea comenzilor noastre sunt livrate in termen de 1-3 zile lucratoare de la momentul achizitiei, in functie de disponibilitatea produsului respectiv si confirmarea platii (pentru platile cu cardul de credit). Odata ce comanda este expediata, va ajunge la dumneavoastra in termen de 1-2 zile lucratoare (in Romania) sau 2-7 zile lucratoare (pentru alte tari) de la data preluarii coletului de catre firma de curierat.

Nu ne asumam responsabilitatea in ceea ce priveste coletele in timpul procesului de livrare, dupa momentul in care au fost scanate si preluate de catre firma de curierat.

Shipping to other Countries

We ship to all EURO Zone Countries, other EU and Non-EU Countries, to the US and to the rest of the world, pending prior payment confirmation. 

For international orders, all deliveries are made with the delivery company DHL. 

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. We are unable to ship to PO Box and military addresses.

Asiguram livrarea produselor noastre catre toate tarile din Zona EURO, alte tari din Uniunea Europeana, celelalte tari europene, catre Statele Unite ale Americii si catre restul lumii, cu conditia confirmatii prealabile a platii online.

Pentru comenzile internationale, livrarea produselor se face prin compania de curierat DHL. 

Costuri de livrare

Costurile de livrare sunt nereturnabile. Va rugam sa tineti cont de faptul ca nu putem livra catre adrese de casute postale sau adrese militare.

Duties & taxes

We include the cost of taxes and duties in your order, so you don’t have to pay any additional fees if you are located in the European Union.

We are a VAT exempt company, so the VAT is not included in the product’s price.

For shipments outside the EU, import duties and taxes may occur, which means additional charges for you. These are usually imposed once a shipment reaches your country, and these aren’t costs that we can control.

Track order status

As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number.

Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you. Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.


Pentru livrarile catre tarile membre UE, toate taxele aferente comenzii dumneavoastra sunt incluse in pretul platit pentru aceasta, asadar nu veti plati nici o suma suplimentara la livrare. 

Compania noastra - VISUAL CODE RETAIL SRL - nu este platitoare de TVA, asadar pretul produselor nu include TVA-ul.

Pentru livrarile in afara Uniunii Europene pot fi percepute taxe vamale de import, ceea ce va presupune o posibila plata suplimentara din partea dumneavoastra. Acestea sunt costuri care apar in momentul in care o livrare ajunge in tara dumneavoastra, deci in afara controlului nostru. 

Urmarirea stadiului livrarii

Dupa expedierea comenzii dumneavoastra, veti primi un email cu informatiile necesare pentru urmarirea stadiului livrarii acesteia (AWB-ul). 

Va rugam sa va asigurati ca adresa de livrare este corecta, pentru ca nu avem posibilitatea de a redirectiona coletele odata ce au fost expediate. Este posibil ca inainte de livrare sa fim nevoiti sa asteptam confirmarea platii cu cardul de credit. Vom face tot posibilul sa reducem la minim orice intarziere. 


We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery receipt. We will issue a refund or exchange the item for a different size/colour, if preferred. However, we can only accept for return non-faulty items that are in their original condition, have not been worn, damaged or washed, with all original tags attached, packaging and other accessories received with the order and must not show any signs of use.

Please note that we can only accept returns from the country which the shipment was sent to.

Made to measure products cannot be returned!

The merchandise must be returned in one mailing. We reserve the right to refuse multiple returns at different times from one order.

We reserve the right to accept the return or not after checking if the items fulfil the conditions requested above.

This is what you need to do in case you want to return an item:

-        You must request a return within 14 days of delivery, by logging in to your account, finding the order you wish to return and clicking the Return Items link. Note you will not be able to submit a return request for an order that has already been refunded or partially refunded. Alternatively, you can send us an e-mail to or fill-in the form from the Contact Us page, mentioning the initial order number and the reason for the return

-        All returns will require the shipping label(s) and documents to be printed prior to posting. You can organise your own shipping or we can do this for you, in which case we will generate and send you the return AWB. In this case, the return cost is the same as for the original shipping and the pre-paid return label will be deducted from your original refund.

-        All items must be sent back in the original packaging provided. Where provided, any branded packaging such as dust bags and clothing tags should be included in your return.

-         The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition. Any returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

-        All returns must be shipped to the following address: DALB Concept Store – JW Marriott Bucharest Grand Hotel (parter), Calea 13 Septembrie nr. 90, sect. 5, Bucuresti, Romania.

Please note that the purchased item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We will not accept returns that have been damaged during the shipping.

Please note, original and return shipping fees will not be credited back upon return, unless the item has production faults for which we are responsible. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Upon receipt of your returned merchandise, we will send you an email containing information about the respective refund. The refund time frame depends on the payment method. In case the recipient of the product does not correspond with the buyer of the product, a credit will be refunded to the original buyer and credit card holder. Refunds are made in the same currency as the purchase. Potential losses due to currency fluctuations will not be refunded.

Please be aware that a timeframe of 14 days can pass between the receipt of your returned merchandise and the return/refund process. For the domestic orders, in case you opted for the Cash on Delivery payment method, we will need you to provide us with the details of the account preferred for the refund (Account number and Name).

If your order has been sent to a destination within the EU, all sales taxes will be refunded. Outside the EU, customs duties are not refundable. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau or by hiring a customs broker.


Acceptam retururi in termen de 14 zile de la confirmarea livrarii. In acest caz, putem fie rambursa contravaloarea produsului comandat fie il putem schimba cu o alta masura/culoare. Pot fi acceptate pentru retur doar produsele intacte, care nu au fost purtate, stricate sau spalate, nu au niciun semn de uzura si care sunt returnate impreuna cu toate etichetele si ambalajele initiale.

Returul va fi acceptat doar daca este trimis din tara catre care a fost expediata comanda initiala.

Produsele made-to-measure nu vor putea fi returnate!

In cazul comenzilor care contin mai multe produse, returul trebuie facut printr-o singura expediere. Ne rezervam dreptul de a refuza retururile multiple dintr-o singura comanda.

Ne rezervam dreptul de a nu accepta returul, daca nu este primit intr-o stare corespunzatoare sau daca conditiile de mai sus nu sunt respectate.

Din motive administrative trebuie să trimiteți produsele returnate fără a opta pentru serviciul de ramburs.

Iata ce trebuie sa faceti in cazul in care doriti sa returnati un produs:

-   anuntati returul in termen de maxim 14 zile de la primirea comenzii, prin logarea in contul de utilizator si trimiterea unei cereri de retur pentru produsul respectiv. De asemenea, returul poate fi anuntat si printr-un email trimis la sau prin completarea formularului de la pagina Contact Us, mentionand numarul comenzii initiale si motivul returului

-        pentru toate retururile va fi nevoie de printarea documentelor de transport inainte de a fi trimise. Aveti posibilitatea de a va organiza singuri transportul sau ne putem ocupa noi de acest aspect, caz in care vom genera si va vom trimite AWB-ul. In aceasta situatie, costul returului este similar costului platit pentru livrarea initiala si va fi dedus din suma de rambursat

-        toate produsele vor fi returnate in ambalajul initial, impreuna cu toate etichetele originale 

-        produsele trebuie returnate nepurtate si in stare perfecta. Retururile care au semne de uzura, care sunt deteriorate sau care nu mai au etichetele initiale nu vor fi acceptate si vor fi trimise inapoi clientului respectiv 

-        retururile trebuie trimise la urmatoarea adresa: DALB Concept Store – JW Marriott Bucharest Grand Hotel (parter), Calea 13 Septembrie nr. 90, sect. 5, Bucuresti, Romania.

Produsele achizitionate prin intermediul acestui magazin online sunt responsabilitatea dumneavoastra pana in momentul in care returul ajunge la noi. Nu vom accepta retururi care au fost deteriorate in timpul transportului.

Toate costurile de livrare, inclusiv cele aferente returului, vor fi suportate de catre dumneavoastra si nu vor fi incluse in suma rambursata, cu exceptia situatiei in care produsul returnat are defecte de fabricatie. Costurile de transport aferente returului sunt responsabilitatea clientului.

In momentul in care produsul returnat ajunge la noi, vom trimite un email cu informatii despre rambursarea contravalorii acestuia. Durata rambursarii depinde de metoda de plata utilizata. In cazul in care persoana care a primit produsul nu coincide cu persoana care a facut plata, rambursarea va fi facuta catre cel care a facut plata. Rambursarile se fac in aceeasi moneda in care s-a facut plata. Eventualele pierderi datorate fluctuatiilor valutare nu vor putea fi returnate

Va rugam sa aveti in vedere ca pot trece 14 zile din momentul in care primim produsele returnate si momentul in care dumneavoastra va primiti banii inapoi. Pentru comenzile livrate in Romania, in cazul in care ati optat pentru plata ramburs, va fi necesar sa ne transmiteti contul in care doriti sa se faca transferul. In cazul in care comanda dumneavoastra a fost trimisa care o destinatie din UE, toate taxele vor fi rambursate. Taxele vamale aferente comenzilor livrate in afara UE nu sunt rambursabile. Pentru aceste comenzi, va sfatuim sa luati legatura cu autoritatile vamale locale sau cu un broker vamal.
